Svetlana Papouchina
Svetlana is an emerging illustrator and experienced floral designer, currently living and working in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Her illustration work often combines elements of florals and traditions of Russian Folkloric Painting to build an intricate labyrinthine language to portray narratives, emotions with concealed characters or meaning. Her favourite traditional media for illustration are acrylic and gouache, but she is working on expanding her skill set into creating digital works and learning new techniques.
